📦 DELIVERY
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary by country:
- Italy: 2 to 5 business days depending on the chosen carrier
- France, Belgium, Luxembourg: 4 to 6 business days
- Switzerland and outside EU: 4 to 12 business days depending on the destination
Any order placed before 2 PM on a business day will be shipped the same day.
Is delivery free?
Yes, under certain conditions:
- Italy: free for orders over €50 (Poste Italiane) or €90 (BRT)
- France, Belgium, Luxembourg: free for orders over €150
- Switzerland and international: shipping costs are borne by the customer
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also track your orders from your customer account on kymorabeauty.com.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union and internationally. Restricted countries are indicated at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna (installment payment), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All our transactions are secured by a PCI-DSS certified provider. We never store your bank details.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, via Klarna. Your payment plan is automatically offered at checkout based on your eligibility.
🔄 RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 legal days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Kymora Beauty also offers a 30-day commercial guarantee, even on opened or tested products, with the exception of items for hygiene reasons (roll-ons, metal applicators, individual masks, samples).
How do I make a return?
Log in to your customer account → "My orders" → "Request a return". You will receive a shipping label by email.
Are returns free?
- Italy: Yes, free returns
- France, Belgium, Luxembourg: Yes, free returns
- Switzerland and international: shipping costs are borne by the customer
How long does it take to get a refund?
The refund is processed via your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of your return.
🌿 PRODUCTS AND INGREDIENTS
Are your products clean?
Yes. All our formulas are clean: no parabens, no sulfates, no controversial ingredients. Each product is formulated in Italy with active ingredients inspired by the Mediterranean basin.
Are your products vegan?
The majority of our products are vegan. The detailed composition of each product is available on its product page.
Where can I find the list of ingredients?
The complete INCI list is available on each product page. In case of a known allergy, we recommend consulting it before any purchase.
Have your products been dermatologically tested?
Yes. In accordance with EC Regulation No. 1223/2009, all our cosmetic products have a safety assessment carried out by a qualified expert.
✨ PERFORMANCE
How long until I see results?
Results vary depending on the products and skin types:
- Hydrating skincare: from the first application
- Serums (Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid): visible results in 2 to 4 weeks of regular use
- Hair care (anti-hair loss, regrowth): noticeable results after 4 to 8 weeks
How can I optimize the results of my Kymora treatments?
For optimal results, apply your treatments to clean, slightly damp skin, preferably morning and evening. Regularity is key.
Can I combine several Kymora products?
Yes, our products are formulated to work together. We advise you to start with the cleanser, then the serum, and finally the oil or moisturizing cream.
🚨 OTHER QUESTIONS
My package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours at contact@kymorabeauty.com, stating your order number. We will immediately open an inquiry with the carrier and respond within 48 business hours.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
Contact us at contact@kymorabeauty.com, attaching photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange an immediate reshipment or refund.
