Terms and Conditions of Sale – Kymora Beauty Last updated : June 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales concluded between Kymora Beauty and its customers on the website kymorabeauty.com. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Seller

2. Products
Kymora Beauty sells cosmetic and makeup products. The products offered for sale are those listed on the website at the time of the order, subject to availability. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.
In accordance with European cosmetics regulations (EC Regulation No. 1223/2009), all our products have a safety assessment and a Product Information File (PIF).
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes. Kymora Beauty reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Shipping costs are shown separately and detailed in our Shipping Policy.
4. Order
The order is confirmed after :
- Selection of products and addition to cart.
- Entry of delivery and billing information.
- Choice of shipping method.
- Payment validation.
A confirmation email is automatically sent once payment is validated. Kymora Beauty reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of insufficient stock, manifest pricing error, or suspected fraud. The customer will be informed as soon as possible and fully refunded.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of the order. We accept the following payment methods :
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Klarna (instalment payment)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
Transactions are secured by our PCI-DSS certified provider. Kymora Beauty never stores your banking details.
6. Shipping
Delivery times and rates are detailed in our Shipping Policy available on the website. Kymora Beauty is committed to shipping orders within the indicated timeframes, subject to product and carrier availability. In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be notified by email.
The transfer of risk (loss, theft, damage) occurs at the time of delivery to the customer.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
The conditions for returns and refunds are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy available on the website.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal : cosmetic products that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article 59(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, except in the event of a proven product defect.
8. Legal Guarantees
Kymora Beauty is bound by the following legal guarantees, in accordance with European law and the Italian Consumer Code :
- Guarantee of conformity (art. 129 et seq. D.Lgs. 206/2005) : 2 years from delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer may request repair, replacement or refund of the product.
- Guarantee against hidden defects : the customer has 2 years from the discovery of the defect to take action.
9. Liability
Kymora Beauty cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the products, an allergic reaction to an ingredient duly listed in the INCI list, or a case of force majeure. It is the customer's responsibility to check the ingredient list before any purchase, particularly in the event of a known allergy.
10. Personal Data
The processing of personal data collected during the order is described in our Privacy Policy available on the website, in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website kymorabeauty.com (texts, images, logo, visuals, structure) is the exclusive property of Kymora Beauty and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the customer may resort to a mediation procedure or bring the matter before the competent court of their place of residence, in accordance with European consumer law.
