Return and Refund Policy – Kymora Beauty Last updated : June 1, 2026
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days – European Union)
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
2. "Satisfaction Guaranteed" Policy (30 days)
Beyond the legal right of withdrawal, Kymora Beauty offers an extended commercial guarantee : if a product does not suit you, you have 30 days from receipt to contact us at contact@kymorabeauty.com. We will offer you an exchange or a full refund. This guarantee applies to all our products, except those listed in section 5 for hygiene reasons.
3. Return Procedure
To make a return, please follow these steps :
- Log in to your account on kymorabeauty.com, go to "My Orders", then click "Request a Return".
- Print the shipping label that will be sent to you by email.
- Drop off your parcel at the indicated pick-up point.
Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Italy : free returns.
- France, Belgium, Luxembourg : free returns.
- Switzerland and non-EU countries : return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
5. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used : roll-ons, metal applicators, individual masks, samples. This exclusion does not apply in the event of a proven product defect. Gift cards are non-refundable.
6. Damaged Parcel or Missing Item
Inspect your order upon receipt. In case of a problem, contact us within 48 hours at contact@kymorabeauty.com with photos attached. We will immediately arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Refunds
- Timeline : the refund is processed via the original payment method within 14 days of our decision to accept the return, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
- Klarna : in the event of instalment payment, your payment plan is suspended upon receipt of your return at our warehouse. The refund of instalments already collected will then follow the usual processing times.
- Bank statement : the time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank (generally 1 to 7 business days).
