Kymora Beauty delivers its beauty rituals to Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, France, throughout the European Union and internationally (except restricted countries, which can be consulted at checkout).

Delivery Times and Rates

All times are expressed in business days and do not include Italian public holidays or those of the destination country.

  • Bartolini (BRT) : 2–3 business days · €6.90 (Free shipping from €90)
  • GLS, FedEx, DHL and TNT (Express) : 24 business hours · €9.90

🇫🇷 🇧🇪 🇱🇺 France, Belgium, Luxembourg

  • Standard Shipping : 4–6 business days · €8.90 (Free shipping from €150)
  • Express Shipping : 48 business hours · €14.90

🇨🇭 Switzerland

  • As Switzerland is not a member of the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply upon delivery. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

🌐 International & Rest of the World

  • Standard Shipping : 7–12 business days · from €14.90

  • Exact rates and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on the final destination.
  • Customs duties and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing

Any order placed before 2pm on a business day is prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your purchase is confirmed, you will automatically receive by email :

  1. An order confirmation as soon as your payment is validated.
  2. A shipping confirmation including your unique tracking number as soon as the carrier takes charge of your parcel.

If you have a customer account, you can also track your orders directly from your personal space on kymorabeauty.com.

Incorrect Delivery Address

In the event of an error or incomplete address entered at the time of the order, reshipping fees corresponding to the actual costs charged by the carrier may be billed to you. We strongly encourage you to carefully check your details before confirming your payment.

Damaged, Lost or Undelivered Parcel

If your tracking number indicates that the parcel has been "delivered" but you have not received anything, or if the tracking shows no progress for more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service at contact@kymorabeauty.com.

We will open an official investigation with the carrier and get back to you within 48 business hours to keep you informed of every step of the resolution.
