Returns policy

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Return conditions
To be accepted, the returned product must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its intact original packaging
- Accompanied by your order number

How to proceed
1. Contact us at contact@kymorabeauty.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with the return address within 48 hours.
3. Ship the product at your own expense (unless there was an error on our part).

Refund
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return, via the payment method used when placing the order.

Non-returnable products
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
